This year has not gone as planned due to the virus lockdown. We had just entered our first shows in April, which then got cancelled. So we've just been at home like most of the rest of you. Breeding has not been very fruitful so far this year, either, which is frustrating because the puppy inquiries have greatly increased. My waitiing list has gotten so long, I had to stop taking names. We do hope to have a couple litters, and hopefully will be able to start showing again.
We do have one offering, a special needs black boy, that we are going to place at no cost to the family/home that sends me the best application. This puppy is five months old and has come down with hemivertebrate. If you are not familiar with this condition, please look it up. It affects the rear limbs so that the puppy wobbles and falls easily. However, he doesn't let it slow him down too much, but you can tell he has a problem. I placed one of these pups 20 years ago, and he went on to live a long, happy life. That is why I don't want to put this puppy down, but find him a loving, understanding forever home. He has a lot of life to live and a lot of love to give. He is pretty much housebroken. If you think you are the right home for this boy, send me all information about you, your family, your home and yard. Preference will be given to those with previous experience with this condition, and with the finances and willingness to give this sweet Pug everything he needs now and in the future (such as he may need a cart to get around with when he gets old). Any questions, ask me. Send email with subject "Hemi Puppy" to email@example.com.
